Public Cooking Class Policy

CANCELLATIONS: 

Minimum 4 Days (84 hours) Notice: 
- Full Refund or Credit for future class of equal or lesser value in lieu of refund.

2-4 Days (24-48 hours) Notice:
- No Refunds will be offered
- Credit to be issued for future class of equal or lesser value in lieu of refund. 

Less than 24 Hours Notice:
- No Refunds or Credits will be offered

 

Private / Team Building Class Policy

Deposits: are Non-Refundable with the exception of special circumstances, which are to be discussed on a case by case basis.

Rescheduling: must be requested a minimum of 4 days (84 hours) prior to the currently scheduled date. Any requests made for rescheduling within 4-10 days will be subject to a 10% Rescheduling Fee.

There is to be no Rescheduling with less than 3 days or 36 hours notice. If class cannot be completed as scheduled, the deposit will be forfeited.  

*Requests to reschedule prior to 7 days notice will be changed at no additional costs. 

CANCELLATIONS: 

Over 7 days notice 100% will be refunded. 

7 Days prior to event, Full refund or reschedule without Fees 

Less than 7 days prior to event, deposit will not refunded but 90% of deposit will be credited as a gift card for a future booking. 

Less than 4 Days prior to event, no refund but rescheduling policy as above.
